Sean has operated his own business for the past 30+ years providing technology solutions to customers across a wide range of industries. For the past 4 years he has worked in the FF&E Furniture, Fittings and Equipment industry fitting out hotels across Australia including the recently opened Crown Casino in Sydney. 

Previously Sean worked as a Sales Agent for Konica Minolta Business Equipment Australia for 25 years providing high-end printing solutions to customer which included hardware, technology, and finance. His skill is understanding the customer’s needs and applying solutions that are affordable and deliver on the customers expectation. 

Sean’s’ background includes working with companies as a consultant to develop a framework and methodology to support them in building and strengthen their customer centric culture to drive customer retention, advocacy and increased business performance.

Ross has previously been in many successful businesses, from starting and running the largest mobile phone repair company in Australasia, which was ultimately sold to a private investor in 2006 leaving time on his hands. After traveling for large periods of time and staying in hotels he saw a hole in the market and felt the in-room guest TV could be used for more than just watching TV. An idea was born developed  and successfully implemented across many countries. 

Ross is a firm believer that all technologies should not only be for the highbrow type properties, and all should have the same access to technologies to maximise the guest experience.  

Jeremy Amor

Jeremy has been part of a start-up company formed in 2006 which focused on delivering more internet-based services into the guest room via different mechanisms. The primary focus was on product development and understanding the guest experience. 

So, throughout the company growth stages alot of learnings were had of what worked and what did not for both the guest and the property owner. 

This company grew into a global company with successful implantation of the product and services throughout Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Singapore and the USA.
